Flu Season & COVID Alert
If you’re experiencing fever, sore throat, or any respiratory symptoms we ask you to refrain from entering the clinic. Please contact us to arrange a carpark/outdoor consult & provide evidence of a RAT.
Please call our reception team upon arrival on 8536 277 so we can advise the doctor you have arrived in the carpark. The doctor will then meet you outside & determines if they wish to bring you into the isolation room.

Accounts
Accounts are issused at the time of service, with a request for full payment on the day. Please bring your EFT card to pay in full. Please make sure you have registered your bank details with medicare for your rebate to go back into your account.

Please be aware that if you do not attend your scheduled appointment, a fee may apply. If you need to reschedule or cancel, kindly inform us as soon as possible to avoid charges.
